"Where Evil Grows", "There's No Blood In Bone"... some delightfully
subversive seventies pop, and to tie them to a recent thread, they even
covered the Wildweeds. Also, Susan Jacks = hott!
> Anne Murray
I wouldn't mind hearing her early cover of 3's A Crowd's great "I Don't Want
To Drive You Away".
> Gordon Lightfoot
I can certainly enjoy his early folk-rock LPs, and he was also good enough
for Nico to cover him on her first single!

Groovy, Canada's own Osmonds?
> Lighthouse
Love Skip Prokop's pre-Lighthouse band the Paupers, and I wouldn't mind
seeing a session discography for the guy (he notably drummed on Canadian
fellow Tony Kosinec's fantastic first LP).

I find they were somewhat more interesting in their incarnation as the
Collectors.

Yes, their first LP is super groovy stuff, and they look pretty mod (the
North American version) on the cover.
Also, let's not forget Montreal heroes Andy Kim of "Sugar Sugar" fame and
Bomp fave Pagliaro!
