Reminds me of the total mess that occurred at the
shows when
the Ramones opened up for Sabbath - especially at the
Orange Show
Auditorium in San Bernadino (which was always known
for 
especially violent audiences) 

Someone thought obviously that it was a good
idea....not knowing
the differences between the musicians and the
fans.....this seems to 
have been more true in the US than in the UK. (I never
heard about
audience problems when punk bands opened up for older
rock acts in the UK, at least not to the same extent-
were there any? )
