Once when I was in Midnight Records, a customer asked if they had any Helen 
Shaprio. The guy working there didn't have a clue who that was, but since 
the customer was black he guessed "did you look in Soul?"

The customer was a bit taken aback so I gave a 10 second definition of Helen 
Shapiro to the clerk. There wasn't anything, of course, but the guy who 
asked in the first place was glad that SOMEONE had heard of her.
