Hi All,

I am getting field reports of failures during downloading program
upgrades of some of our latest Tiger files.

All customers are using twload32.exe version 2.02, but since I started
compiling programs with Tiger compiler version 5.01, I have had a few
complaints that the download hangs at around 99% complete.
The tgu file that is produced from version 4 compiler is around 280 kb,
while version 5 produces a 318 kb file, all Tigers are 512 kb flash and
ram ( TCN 4-4 version 1.06 ).

It may be coincidence, but we certainly had no trouble downloading files
since we first started using Tigers several years ago, only after I
changed to the version 5 compiler. And yet I cannot reproduce the hang
on my system on the bench here. But I have had several complaints that
a customer can load an older version program ( made with compiler 4.0 )
with no trouble, but not a later version ( made with compiler 5.0 ). I
have sent a test program with the version 5 specific stuff stripped out,
and compiled with version 4 to one customer, and await a result.

My Tiger system files are:

Thats not an option, I must be able to distribute program upgrades to
3rd parties, and have them install with the downloader.

But it does make me wonder whether there is a fault in the downloader.

Then you must request support on Wilke Tecnology , because the DLL of
Wilke has a bug .
