The TD62083 has a "common" the "output" and the "ground." Say I wanted to
turn on an LED blinky by wiring it up to the outputs of the ICOM 241 unit.
Which wire goes where? I assumed the common was the driver, but after
looking at the schematic and with my paltry knowledge of electronics in
general along with actually wiring it up this way, this doesn't seem to be
the case. My pathetic knowledge of electronics fails fairly quickly when I
read the phrase "Darlington sink driver."
